ZoKa Trading is the new kid on the block, while we are a neophyte in the business, we do have very good connections. By tapping into this network, we can provide the public with items and names that you mostly see on high end stores and glossy magazine covers. We specialize in Indoor, Outdoor and Home Decor items, with prices that you rarely see attached to this merchandise. We are a great supporter of locally made products and we have local Artisans sending us items to add to our inventory. Most of our inventory are new, delivered in original boxes, we assemble some of them in house so the client can interact with them as much as possible. Due to the low prices that we offer, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. However, if there are any issues we can help order parts for you from our manufacturers! (fees may or may not apply).

Items that are not in stock, special order or items coming straight from the factory. This items can be guaranteed that it will arrive to you in perfect working order, it will have no rips, stain or tears. Our merchandise partners have a very good QA departments and we have not come across an item from them that states otherwise.
However, we cannot guarantee that the finish, markings, color shade or fabric variation is 100% the same across the board. It is common for a manufacturer to have that differences from one item to another. It could be because of a different batch of paint, finishing, source of wood, metal, fabric, done by machine or man. For this reason we have a 15 day return with 50% restocking fee policy and all Refunds are store credit. No cash Refunds, store discretion applies.
For special orders, custom or artisan products, one cannot expect a piece to be reproduced exactly the same. Variations will occur and adds character to the piece. Due to the nature of this merchandise, sales are Final and No returns are accepted.
